Decor Hire for Pop-Up Bridal Event Bridesmaids Brunch
The Bridesmaids Brunch was a pop up bridal showcase for effortlessly cool, modern brides and their bridesmaids, hosted at the Ministry in London. We were asked by organizer Valentina, from the Stars Inside, to provide a range of furniture and props, and create a bespoke backdrop for the catwalk fashion show. All of which suited the modern design and striking red and pink colour palette.
This was no ordinary wedding fair, Valentina partnered with bridesmaids shopping platform ‘Maid With Style London’ to transform The Ministry, a private members club in London, into the ultimate day out for brides to be and their bridesmaids. The event saw a selection of couture bridal brands and boutiques, a catwalk fashion show and bottomless brunch for the brides and their bridal parties.
We provided our pink piano and a range of lounge furniture to create soft seating and break out areas, accented by florals by My Lady Garden and neon signs from Soft Signs. These areas were a great inspirational backdrop for brides to relax and discuss dress options with their maids in.
For the dress and accessory suppliers we provided full length mirrors and rugs to help define and soften their spaces and transform the industrial setting, into intimate and inspiring pop up boutiques. Here, the guests could peruse the different brands and industry suppliers and chat in more detail about their day.
Our team designed a striking, bespoke backdrop for the catwalk show. The curved shape of the screens created a modern design and we painted them in colours to compliment the signage and branding of the event. The design was finished with striking florals from My Lady Garden, the results were a contemporary look which made the perfect backdrop for the different gowns.
