Owner and the heart of business creativity, Elizabeth has built the business over the past 4 years and aims to keep expanding.


You will find her following endless magazines and blogs for wedding and event inspiration. A few of her favourites are ‘Rock My Wedding’ ‘Ruffled Blog’ and ‘Polka Dot Bride’ Keeping up to date on trending colours, food and décor styles. 


In her spare time, you will find her renovating her house and taking her two dogs Dudley & Fred on walks. Fierce competitor, sore loser and scaffolding ninja.

Elizabeth

Dom

Owner & Head Chef, Dom has over 15 years experience in a range of kitchens from Gastropub to city wine bar & 3 Michelin Star. 

Looks for menu inspiration for both Hall & Co, and sister company Little Acre Kitchen wherever he goes. Father to Dudley & Fred, rugby fan, breakfast or brunch are his favourite meals of the day.

Refuses to play Elizabeth at anything competitive after having a Wii remote thrown at his head.

When Millie isn' at work you can find her renovating her new flat or listening to some of her favourite interior podcasts. She loves all things creative and can be found making interiors and floristry Pinterest boards or scrolling through Instagram. 

 

A lover of animals, in particular spending time with her dogs Liberty and Aurora and horse riding in her spare time. She also enjoy keeping fit at the Hall and Co. PT sessions and is currently training for a half marathon. 

 

Millie loves travelling and going to new places. This year she's been to Prague and Barcelona and is off to France & Madera in a few weeks.

 

Fun fact: She once made it all the way to Amsterdam for free in a charity race.

Millie

Kerry sits on both our planning & floristry teams. She loves creating wow moments, making every couples day special! Hall & Co.s very own cocktail creator (and drinker) and savvy coupon collector. 

Kerry has a love for animals especially her own cockapoos. In her spare time she loves planning her next trip abroad. In recent months she has been paragliding in the Canary Islands and horse riding through a river in Turkey!

Charlie joined the team in June 2018 after working in contract catering.

He is a core kitchen member, a team player & hard worker, always keeps spirits high in the team.

 

Big fan of a burger & 5-a-side football.

Charlie

Studying towards an Events Management Degree, Caitlin joined the Hall & Co team as a placement student.

Caitlin has a keen eye for organisation and is often the one sorting the prop shop or office. She makes herself a packed lunch every night for the following day.

Detailed orientated, Caitlin loves the little personal touches at a wedding.

You can usually find Caitlin spending time with her family or catching up on a daily motivational quote – even her water bottle has a positive quote on!

Serial 'Pinner' with a keen eye for design and styling. You can find Lisa helping out with marketing, creating style concepts and proposals for events and photoshoots. 

When not in the office you can find Lisa studying for her CIM in marketing, flicking through interior magazines and scanning home stores for inspiration.

Lisa loves to be outdoors, practising her photography skills, watching the seasons change whilst spending time with her two daughters. Is a keen runner and yoga enthusiast.

Rachel

Rachel is the queen of draping, a bubbly personality and a natural problem solver.

 

Rachel is our go-to for any of our bespoke styling needs, you can find her in the office building custom back drops and planning high level installations. 

Rachel's favourite part of events is transforming a basic room into someones dream.

Fun fact: Staff party 2018 'Just Dance' champion

Megan is an organisational pro.  

 

She has a fine eye for detail and loves to bring a style together with the little touches.

When she’s not at work, she is likely trying out new classes at the gym or shopping in Cambridge for the latest trends and fashion.

Fun fact: She once modelled tomatoes for a gardening magazine.

Megan

As one of our event managers, Laura specialises in catering and helping couples to create bespoke menus.  She believes food is part of the soul and will work hard to make sure guests leave full and happy.

World traveller and lover of culture, there’s nothing she won’t try and lots of things she won’t try again.

You can often find her scouting for house plants to add to her collection or in a country pub after walking the dog.

Laura

James is a Michelin star trained chef and has worked in award winning restaurants.  

 

He loves foraging and building relationships with local suppliers to create the best seasonal dishes.

In his downtime he can be found in his man-shed building furniture from reclaimed wood or upcycling a second-hand bargain.

Often found on an office lap, Dudley loves a cuddle. Often found in someones bag, Fred loves a rummage. 

In their free time they love to swim, chew cardboard boxes, and nap in front of a heater.

Being a rescue, Dudley is a sensitive pup but bring him a tennis ball and you'll be his friend for life. Fred loves the great outdoors and really wagging his tail, voted biggest riot in doggy day care.
