This 3-course single menu with cultural influences was expertly crafted with a low-wastage and seasonal approach in mind, bringing you the most fabulous, fresh flavours available.⁠

-BYOB (bring your own bottle) however, there will be soft drinks available⁠

-To allow for a seasonal menu, substitutions may occur to ensure we are providing the finest produce ⁠

STARTER

Middle Eastern Sharing Board

Baked pittas

Moroccan spiced falafel, coriander and lime yoghurt hummus, toasted pinenuts and sesame seeds, coriander oil

Warm cheese boreks

Feta, honey and pistachio-stuffed piquant peppers

Pickled vegetables


MAIN

Slow roast Suffolk lamb shoulder and medjool date tagine, labneh, pomegranate

OR

Haricot bean, sweet potato and apricot tagine, labneh, pomegranate


SERVED WITH

Herby Israeli cous cous

Charred purple sprouting broccoli, sesame seeds, tahini dressing

Charred seeded flatbreads


DESSERT DUO

Orange, honey and almond cake, cinnamon greek yoghurt, candied orange Vanilla panna cotta, rose poached Yorkshire rhubarb, pistachio biscuit
