Baileys Brownie Recipe with Hall & Co. Event Design

Today our Bailey's Brownie Video is released, and boy does it make the mouth buds water. We created a bailey's brownie recipe for you to try at home along with a video to see just how easy it is to create.



You will need

Baking tin

Kitchen aid or hand whisk

Wooden display board


Large Glass bowl



Brownie Points

175g dark chocolate

150g unsalted butter

125g plain flour

60g cocoa powder

3 eggs

250g golden caster sugar

120ml Coffee Baileys

Pre-heat your oven to 180C.

Melt together the butter and dark chocolate.

Whisk the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Pour in the melted chocolate and butter as and then the Baileys.

Carefully fold in the plain flour and cocoa powder and mix until smooth.

Pour into a lined or buttered tin and bake at 180C for 20 minutes.

*** Bailey's Break ***

Take the tin out, leave to cool.

Frosting time...

300g icing sugar

150g butter

75ml Baileys

Mix together the icing sugar, butter and Baileys until creamy.

Once your brownie is cool, flip the tin onto a cooling rack, remove the tin leaving the brownie slab, then flip onto your chosen board.

Frost the brownie and sprinkle with grated chocolate.

Cut into bites and enjoy!
